1. Returns
Due to the perishable and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. Kindly make sure to review your order carefully before placing it.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- Product is damaged during transit
- You received the wrong item
- Product is expired or spoiled on arrival
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- Your order ID and details
After verification, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost.
3. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please call or email us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
